The full Sho-Air/Sonance squad lined up for Stage 1 of the Redlands Classic today. Today's stage, the City of Beaumont Road Race looked like it may be difficult on paper. This proved to be true. With small time gaps on the G.C., the action on the front was sure to be fast and furious.

The first day of the Redlands Classic was a short but difficult 5K time trial with over 600 ft of elevation gain and sections of road with grades over 12%.
